Avon Nail Polish??

Hi everyone! I just perused the latest Avon mag I was given and their nail polishes are only 3.49!! Any recommendations on a favorite shade or two? I always use OPI or Butter base & top coat but wondered about nice gold/pink shades for summer or dark for fall or others???
