Aveeno Spot Corrector w SPF

Hello beauties!  I have a question and decided to come here and ask the experts.

 

I bought Aveeno Spot Corrector w SPF, thinking it was also a moisturizer.  There's no mention on the product about moisturizing.  Wondering....would this go OVER a moisturizer or under it?

Might be a good idea to call Aveeno and have them suggest what would be appropriate. I wonder if the spot corrector works to remove dark spots.

I read that this product is designed for the neck and chest area, but after reading the reviews, many use of their face. I’d love to hear some feedback from the ladies here. Has anyone used? Thx.

I don't see that this product has anything other than sunscreen chemicals that could possibly 'spot correct'. So in that respect I would apply it over your moisturizer as a sunscreen because that is what that product looks like to me.
