I purchased Aveda back In January of this year when Jane Treacy had an hour-long Aveda show,  She repeatedly called Aveda a Clean Beauty brand in that show.

But the next day, I checked and it was not listed in QVC's list of clean beauty brands at all.  I emailed customer service, and they responded in writing that "Aveda is not clean beauty.."  I received a complete refund, including shipping.

Now tonight, Aveda is once again touted as Clean Beauty.  So did QVC change its definition of how they define a Clean Beauty brand, or are they picking only specific products from Aveda that meet QVC's definition?  Just seems strange.

For some reason, QVC refuses to list ingredients on some products. I resent taking the time to look it up on the items' site.

If there's nothing to hide, make it easier for the customer and list the darn ingredients.
