Auto delivery on back order???

Sorry ladies, but I just have to went! First got an email from the Q that my auto delivery order is in process, then a day later one that says its on BACK ORDER and they don't know if and when they will get any in! This was for the Philosophy Miracle Worker Day set which I really like. I thought the point of auto delivery was that you will always get your products! Has this happened to anyone else? Have they actually sent you the order or did they cancel the auto delivery?
