This is the second time that I have purchased a beauty product on auto-delivery and it is not available to ship.

Why offer auto delivery if it won't be honored?? You know how many are purchased so I don't see why there should be a problem fulfilling it.

It is frustrating when they suddenly cancel A/Ds.


I guess one solution would be to buy more than one of the items when they're presented, rather than depending on A/D. The problem with that is if it's a new untried item, then you don't know if you like it.

Also, not everyone has unlimited space to store multiples of things they may want.

 

I've had several A/Ds canceled (one before the first shipment was even sent out).  And at least two, where the exact same item was available on the website, but at a higher price.

 

It's a problem QVC, in conjunction with the vendors, needs to fix.  Or stop offering A/D.
