Can an order be placed for it right now? I'm new to this...but I've been reading that some people have ordered these TSVs, etc, in advance. True? If so, how? MUST get BGT!!

Not this time. There were advanced orders available on prior TSV, but not this one. There is a new thread about this TSV that gives the item number and price, but the number isn't active yet.
