Hi, Sillie, well my PTR  Eye Fix replacement product finally arrived today and guess what, all that was in the bag is a piece of plain cardboard !! The lisiting has ended and product is sold out, I wrote to the seller and asked for a full refund. cant believe I am going thru this kind of thing again, I guess it is not meant to be that I get to try this product, will give it a rest for a few weeks and then check new listings.  In the meantime I dont use this daily and am content with Westmore results. PayPal and ebay stand by all sales, so it will not be a problem, in all my ebay buying years, over 21, this is one of the very few issues I have had.

I'm so sorry that you are having another problem AGAIN! If it's any consolation just wanted to say that you aren't missing out on anything extraordinary. That PTR FirmX is not exactly what I expected it to be. I wanted it to work better but it's mediocre at best.

I hope you get your money back. You should b/c that's eBay's policy.

I think I am going to let this one go, I still see some sellers selling it and have zero feedback, very questionable to me. I will let you know when my refund is issued, this is same seller you used and was recommended to us by a different poster . Thanks !!

This is the snapshot of the customer reviews on the Q for the FirmX Eye. If you asked me it's not very impressive. It appears to be very polarized. So you will either love it or hate it according to this. Take your chances.

Definitely mailed empty, just a piece of plain cardboard. Bag was sealed.  My 2nd terrible experience for this same product, different sellers.
