I've always washed my hair last, and then I do a final rinse in cool water...to close the cuticle, hairdresser recommended to me years ago.  It's also good for your body as well.

I take baths .... and one of my "exercises" is being able to roll my self up to get my head undder the faucet in the tub.   Really good stretching exercise for my back.

 

I wash my hair first - scrub the rest of me - and then soak in the hot sudsy water for a while.

 

My daily treat!
