I placed my order and everything was okay...the $15 came off, the promo code worked, the samples got added, etc.
Then I hit the final "place order" and got "there was an error, click to try again." I tried again and screen went blank. When I went back and tried again from scratch, the gift card won't work...it says it has a $0 balance!
My account also says I have no orders so it isn't like it went through but I just got a weird error.
I'm hoping Sephora will take care of this tomorrow when I call...very frustrating.
Anyone else have problems that they took care of?
