Thank you for sharing that clearly this is not a pilot error or device issue.  It is also clear that the issue inside of QVC is not being addressed or at least not be communicated if they are working on this.

Thank you for the tip.  Edge is my browser but if it were a browser issue one would think it would be all the time and not hit or miss.  Or at least that is the way it should work.
