i wash once, rinse and condition.  my hair doesn't get dirty enough to require washing twice.

I Cleanse twice.  

 

Using WEN as I do, I know the cleanser will not harm my hair. 

Since I use Styling Cream and occasionally mouse, I follow Chaz's advice and cleanse twice.

Ever since I began using Wen (6 yrs ago), I have found that the Repeat is an important step. Before Wen, I would never wash twice or my hair would be dried out (even with conditioner, which was a must).
