I tried a google search and couldn't find Mally Beauty listed as tested or not tested on animals (on PETA and Cruelty Kitty), so on Mally's website, I did an online chat and asked if Mally Products are crutely free and the response is: YES. I asked if there is somewhere on the website that references that and here is the response:

"I do apologize but there's no reference on the website that our product is cruelty free but I can assure you that our product is cruelty free."

I have to think that if it really mattered to Mally, she would make sure that it is stated on her products.  Just taking someone's word for it isn't good enough for me.  JMHO

Beauty Visions, LLC acquired Mallygirl in June of 2015, after the company filed for involuntary bankruptcy. That could mean that she has little to no control over policies.

I asked them a few years back about this.  Said the products are indeed NOT tested on animals, but for some reason that I can't remember they do not list them as such.
