It looked something like this. He's not curling it anymore.

haha @monicakm  it's almost as curly and the same length but it's "major" as we say down here for the young boys...ha.  Not tightly curled but sort of like your pic!

When I get bangs I want to grow them out and when I don't have bangs I want them. Go figure.

I liked it on him but I think he got tired of having to style it.   I like longish hair on guys. But, I did send this picture to my grandson the other day to consider. He liked it. I think he'd look better in the other one though

I have never cared if bangs are in or out... everyone is different. 😊 I, and I just counted in my head, 5 of my sisters all have bangs. I definitely think they make you look younger. To each, his/her own. 🥰 I will never be without mine ... and I have no forehead to hide... lol!

Who here Cuts their own bangs? I do. I gather them together pull them straight out and twist. Then I cut off the length and then do a point cut to make them choppy and irregular. About once every six haircuts I feel the need to have my hairdresser clean them up. By twisting them and doing a point cut you get bangs that are a little longer on the sides and shorter in the middle and choppy. I think my bangs are probably the favorite part of my hair.

I don't know if they are an in thing or an out thing!  I have pretty much always worn them.  However, recently I was trying to grow them out for something different.  I was trying to explain to the hairdresser what I wanted and what I was planning and she really messed them up.  Now, I am mostly pinning them to the side.  I think I am going to wait until they grow out a bit more from her butchering them and then just go back to bangs again!  Sheesh!

@San Antonio Gal   I love having bangs with my pixie cut. For some unknown reason, when my hair's short, it's stick straight and bangs are an option.

The longer my hair gets, the more curly/wavy it gets, so bangs, especially in humid or rainy weather would be an endless task.

I also have a rather oval/round and small face and straight across bangs would take 1/3 of my face....especially not a feathery bang.
