April TSV question....HELP!

Ok so the one time shipment you can get on waitlist, but AD is sold out...If I order the one time, can I change it to AD? I am desperate to get the TT and LAV. I'm afraid if I wait til the 14th it won't be easy pay (bc I heard that isn't a guarantee) and that is the only way I can get it! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
