Anyone with poor WEN results?

I have very fine, curly hair and didn't have a good experience on my first go-around with WEN a couple of years ago. I thought I'd try it again and still don't like the way my hair feels or styles when using WEN. I follow the directions to the "t" and rinse very, very well, but my I still like a dirty build-up. Anyone else have these same results? Thanks.
