Anyone want to do this...weight loss thread. Labor Day Weekend

Hi Guys. I figure that this is a challenging weekend for everyone. My husband's birthday is tomorrow so it will be extra difficult for me. I know I will deviate somewhat, but I will not go crazy. I hope all of you have a great weekend and enjoy!

I will start a new thread every week on Monday...this week Tuesday since Monday is a holiday and it is time to relax and not stress over eating!

How are you ALL doing?
