I bought the Super Smile with the rinse and have been using it for 8 days now. I do see a difference in my teeth and that is good BUT my tongue is red and irritated and hurts and I am thinking it is because of the rinse.

Anyone else have problems with this. I would love to hear from you as I am thinking maybe I need to stop using the whole thing. But I like my whiter teeth.

I could use some help.

I've used Supersmile for decades, but never tried the rinse.

I'd say either stop both and then start again using just the toothpaste ..... or just stop using the rinse.

It's a great toothpaste.

I don't use the rinse either. I use Crest rinse. I really like the SuperSmile toothpaste.

Honestly, it didn't do much for me, and I returned it, but that's just me. I found that a good OTC brightening toothpaste did the same job.

It could be that the rinse is just to strong and acidic for you.

I've used the toothpaste with no issues. I liked it, but it didn't make the cut when i streamlined my finances to save for a major purchase. I will order again. None of the kits I tried though had the rinse. I think I'd return it if it made my mouth hurt.

Try stopping the rinse to see if that helps. If it doesn't, it is possible you are having a reaction to some ingredient in the products.

The rinse burned my tongue, quit using for a bit. When I restarted did it quickly before it could burn again. Would not reorder this toothpaste, no better that OTC but I did get a huge tube so I`ll finish it up.

It could be the toothpaste too. I had to stop using all brands because of tongue irritation. I found a natural tooth powder that seems to be ok.
