Anyone use Hot Lashes?

I just received it yesterday and used it today but it did not really curl my lashes any more than a regular curling iron. I have a heated tool that I used before the curling iron before I used hot lashes. This baby was very expensive so I don't know whether to give it more time or send it back. Would appreciate your comments.
