Saw this on Dr. Oz...ordered some from vita cost been taking almost 2 weeks, not noticing any difference. I have been trying to remember to take a capsule on my tongue 30 minutes before I eat at least 3 times a day as directed. but usually only can take it twice a day. Anyone have any luck with this or did I waste my time and money? Tia
