My Lip Perfector stopped charging after using it pretty much daily since last August. Current Body has been good about acknowledging my problem, and has issued a form for returning it. Thing is I really dont see any inprovement in the lip lines, and I'm wondering if I have the option, if I shouldnt just ask for a defect refund on it if they give one.
Are there any users of this device who have had positive results?

I was doing really well and the completely fell off the wagon earlier this year. Life got more hectic during the holidays, then some assorted traveling, house projects, etc. All of my gadgets were the first places I compromised. I'm mad at myself because of the investment, but I'm nit going to beat myself up. I'll eventually try to get back on track. 😔 🤷♀️

I used mine faithfully for several months and did not see any improvements in my lip lines whatsoever. I quit using it a few months ago. Sorry I bought the thing. I had high hopes. What a disappointment.
I had a problem with the charging base. It stopped working so instead I recharged it using the direct charging port found underneath the rubber mouthpiece.

Completely understand. Right after I got my NIRA in November, I got Covid and had no interest in dealing with any devices. Never felt like dealing with learning how to use it till February. Even then, I didnt use it faithfully 2x a day till March.

I thought you had posted that you were disappointed in it.
I think I will go for the refund. Probably will cost a fortune to send it back tho.

I've been using my NIRA on my lip lines and there is some improvement. It's really a time-consuming device b/c it's to be used daily and sometimes twice daily as instructed. Honestly, if I knew what I know now about the slight improvements, I'm not sure if I would have bought it. But for what it's worth I'll keep using it for as long as I can.

I doubt that CB will give you a refund if it's past the return window. They will most likely give you a replacement instead, I suspect. But who knows.

Those that use the mask, do you cover the eyes? The defective mask I returned came with a eye protection black rubber google. The new one did not. Do you use anything to protect your eyes?

I got all the info filled in and clicked the option for a refund. I'm assuming they will give me one. Wonder how long it will take.
Good thing I kept the box it came in, as that had the serial # on it they asked for. But I'm neurotic about keeping all boxes for expensive gadgets.
You pay for the postage on their site and get a label. It was 12.00. Not too bad.

Interesting they offer an eye cover?
I never got one, but I lay day with the mask and keep my eyes closed. I dont know how anyone uses it while they are doing other things. I can't deal with that red light. Even after I take it off it takes a minute to adjust to the lighting in the room.
