Anyone still have the old-fashion hair-band curling video?

Several months ago a poster put on the beauty banter a video - don't remember if it was from utube or who -- but any way, it was of a very pretty young lady with an accent - French, maybe?? - who had a very ingenuous and simple way to get lovely, loose curls or waves in her hair using a stretchy hair-band of some type and a spray setting gel. Does anyone still have this that they could post? I thought I had saved it, but can't find it any where. I wanted to try it but never got around to it.
