Anyone still buying Shea Terra?

And if so, anything lately? Just received 2 bottles of lotion, and the pumps don't work on both bottles!

Emailed ST, and I received a call telling me to pull the pump and twist it. Really. Like I had not already????

I have been buying from them for 2 years, really love the products but this is the second time in a year I have received products with defective pumps. If I didn't love the formulations so much I would give up . . .
