Anyone receive a "defective" ( smelly, wax like) BE 100% Natural Lipstick

I ordered Chocolate Souffle and received it today.

I went to put it on and could barely get it to glide over my lips. It was very waxy if that makes sense !

It also had a plastic like smell to it. It reminded me of a cheesy lipstick smell (you know sort of like a real cheap brand you may have bought as a teenager )

Anyway, I gave up and removed the color from my lips. It was harder to take off than to put on. I had to scrub. Very weird.

I called Q customer service and they said to send it back and I would not get charged for shipping.

Call me stupid but, I told them I really liked the color and would take the chance on a replacement.

I love the 100% Natural lipsticks. I have been wearing them exclusively for awhile now.

Maybe this one was just from a bad batch ????
