Mine has been sitting at a post office 100 miles away for 2 weeks. This is not QVC's fault , they actually sent it out the next day , but the moment it left ups , it sits there.

I have had this happen as well and it is not QVC'S fault, but they do issue you a credit if it has been sitting somewhere too long.  They consider it lost and only ask that if you do recieve the product, to return it.

I found them to be very helpful and accomodating.

I did get my IT Cosmetics TSV and it is definitely a great value!  If they still have it in stock, I am sure they would send out another shipment.

@MW in Iowa    Go to the USPS website and complete the "missing package" form.  Every one of the 3-4 times I've done this, I got the PKG fast.

Thanks for the advice, this is becoming the norm for me with this location , i think my Prive glasses ended up coming after being stuck for 2 weeks , i ordered something from Hsn and it was here in a week , going a different route. This is not a big deal in the big scheme  of things , but i question ordering anything from QVC anymore unless it something sent by UPS. I ordered a remote from Apple and it was free shipping , it was here in 2 days , and it was only a $20 item.

I received mine 8/3.  I so love the light-medium better than the medium.  It matches my skin tone perfectly...no yellow at all!

This happened to me with a Bobbi brown kit I bought on the Q. I was seeeing tracking updates and then nothing for over a week. I called QVC and they sent out a replacement. I also had an order from beautypie that I did not see any new tracking updates for and then it showed up on my doorstep even though the tracking said it was still awaiting induction. Shipping and tracking seem wonky these days.
