Anyone know how often Ulta has free ship at $35.

I know it’s usualy @$50 but randomly, at least to me, I’ll see it’s down to $35. Is there any rhyme or reason when they do this? Thanks so much.

I wish companies had schedules for these. When shopping online, I generally wait until I see free shipping, period. Unless I want something now, and fear it will sell out. I understand though why they don't want to give us heads up.

I order all of my cosmetics From Nordstroms. They have free shipping and free returns. Also, you get a choice of 3 free samples.
