You use the conditioner first, rinse it and then use shampoo. I tried it today and can't belive how much body I have. Silky feel and no fly away hair.
I really didn't think it would work but tried it and will continue doing it this way.

Interesting. I just read more about it. I may give it a try tomorrow when I wash my hair.

I will give it a try. I do not like the way my hair feels when I condition last. Can't hurt to try it.

I don't use a rinse-out conditioner. I use a leave-in spray.

No, but I have "washed" my hair with my conditioner.
