On the site the foundation looks greasy.  I looked at it in sephora and it felt greasy on back of hand even though no oil in it.  Does it dry down to a skin look?

yes. It has a dewey sheen when first applied but then driies down and looks like your skin, but better. It leaves just a little hint of deweyness. It does not look greasy.
