Anyone have problems with orders from AHA/Neoteric line that had a big sale?

Did anyone have problem with your orders of the AHA line/Neoteric?

After all of the great reviews and get the 2nd item for 6 cents I decided to try them out. I received the order and was shorted on the 4 boxes of the AHA wipes and 2 tubes of the Foot Cream. I was charged the full amount and no where does it say the items were on backorder. Did this happen to anyone else? As a first time customer I didn't know if this is a frequent thing or just a one time problem. Hopefully on Monday when I call customer service they will send the missing items. Did this happen to anyone else?
