I have a fairly new JM Color Stick I love but it is now getting a bit dry to use, tugging on my cheeks and difficult to blend. I do not use on my lips. It is not rancid or expired. I just want to know if anyone has any tips on softening it a bit so it glides more eaasily, as it did when I first got it. Thanks

Scrape a little off the top. What's underneath will be softer.

If you have JM's argan oil, add a few drops of that and let it sit overnight. That has worked on mine before.

Had the same prob. Solved it like this: put a few drops of argan oil on the top of stick. Cover and keep upright. Was soft after an hour. Repeat if necessary.

Great tip about using the Argan oil!
It took me awhile to warm up to the JM color sticks so this is good to know.
