Anyone getting the Tarte OTO?

Finally, a black primer!! I'm not getting it but I always wondered why they don't make black primers because when I use them, it does mute my mascara color and sometimes my mascara doesn't cover all the white. I can't wait to hear from those that get it and see if it is nice.
