Re: Anyone else miss PM Style?

I miss Monday evenings, but I have saved a ton of money. Just can't listen to the chatter. I check on the computer the following day to see what I may have missed but am currently totally non-plussed by the format.

i haven't watched since LR left.  if nothing else, it was entertaining and fun.  yes, i miss it and they would be hard pressed to find someone to replace her.

Re: Anyone else miss PM Style?

I hadn't watched PMStyle in years.  I would do Q checks periodically but that was it. I found the host to be phoning it on and the merchandise to be totally stale.

I was rather looking forward to the new Monday night line-up with new hosts and new merchandise.  However, I have found that I still don't have the time or desire to sit and watch the programming.

I have tuned in periodically for short periods of time and find that I am just annoyed with the "permission to play" and constant reference to clothing and accessories as "she."

I was on the treadmill last night during IS so I turned it on and what were they showing?  The Hairmax.  Snoozefest.  I changed the channel.

I saw the Hairmax, too.  Why is that part of a style show?  I changed the channel to the news as depressing as it is.

Re: Anyone else miss PM Style?

I watched the old PM Style sporadically, mainly hoping each show would prove to be more about the items presented.  I watched a couple of the new PM Style shows and it looked promising, but alas my desire for shopping has limitations -- I cherish my sleep and this show starts way too late for me.  Do I miss the old one? Not really. I would just like the new one to be better with offerings, and on earlier.

Re: Anyone else miss PM Style?

I don't watch PM style - reason is neither the program nor the host interest me.  But I read so many complaints about the merchandise and the host, that I can't help but wonder why QVC would not try some other format with different hosts.  Sales must be good.  The only way to get change is don't buy what they are selling.

I stopped watching it about 10 years ago. Too repetitive.

Re: Anyone else miss PM Style?

I enjoy Amy on Inspired Style and also Lori Goldstein and her line.  But to answer the OP's question, yes I do miss Lisa R on PM Style.  So I now spend less time watching QVC on Monday nights.

Ditto to on Jayne and Pat in the morning!

Where did Jayne and Pat go?    I'm at work by 7a....and don't have time to watch.

I liked the old time slot for PM style....for those of us who work, it's on too late now.

I really don't think Lori needs a full hour every week.....not a fan.  JMO
