Anyone else experiencing issues with Philosophy.com?

Super sad. I placed two orders on Philosophy.com during the black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend --- one on Saturday when they were having free shipping (ordered a TON of those shower gel ornaments to give to colleagues/my son's teachers, etc). On Cyber Monday, I took advantage of their free gift with purchase and bought more stuff. I got TWO confirmations for that second order, but never for the ornament order, though I am SURE I placed it.

My Cyber Monday stuff arrived yesterday -- and it's fabulous -- but they have no record of my other purchase, and now all the ornaments are sold out! So sad!! I called and they said they have no record of that sale. My bank doesn't either, so obviously they never charged me -- just POOF, the whole transaction never occured.

NOW what to get everyone for under $10?! Boooooo!

(And, a confession -- I bought a gift set with 3 gels and 3 lipglosses for my sister, but decided to split it up and give her 2 and keep one for myself. Couldn't resist Bubbly!)
