Anyone a fan of Susan Lucci's Youthful Essence?

I just ordered the kit which comes with pretty much everything.My skin is sensitive but need some help.I was just at the derm to remove some precancerous spots and he said if I can't do the microdermabrasion in his office that the at home ones should help some.I tend to get rough spots on my face.Any one use it and have any input on it.TIA.
