Anyone Worried About Ordering Products in This Heat?

Does anyone worry about ordering beauty products and having them sit on a truck or porch in 100+ heat? I was going to order some skincare, but thought maybe I should wait until it cools down a little (probably be waiting until October!). Just wondered what everyone thought or if I'm crazy!
