I believe, based on NIRA's technology, that "NIRA" stands for Near InfraRed Anti-aging. The company makes only one device and that's it.

@JeanLouiseFinch Thanks for the heads up.  I've been curious about this device and decided to pick it up at such a great price.  My eyes aren't a big problem, but I have a few other areas I'd really like to treat and it looks like it will also work on them.

 

Looking forward to hearing everyone's results.
