Anyone Tried Rodan + Fields?

Not the proactiv line. They have another line for acne as well as lines for sun damage, aging, and pore reduction. And they are very, very expensive. I can't believe the prices they are charging for, say, a toner.

Is this product line that good -- good enough to justify the pricing?

Re: Anyone Tried Rodan + Fields?

I tried some of the products because a friend was selling and I was trying to help her out. I purchased the toner, microderm abrasion paste and a cream. To be honest all the products irritated my skin and caused redness. The products are quite expensive and have lackluster ingredient decks. I don't recommend the line.

Re: Anyone Tried Rodan + Fields?

I used to be a R+ F consultant but stopped selling because I could no longer afford the products myself and felt guilty trying to justify the cost to customers who thought the price of products was too high. Complete regimens range from around $160 to $190, and customers are encouraged to be on an auto-delivery plan where purchases are made every other month. There is a savings if you are on the plan, but when I was a consultant, there was an initial fee for that. I definitely don't think the quality or effectiveness of the products justifies the high price. I have used much more effective lines for much less money. I did not like the hard sell tactics my upline encouraged, and many of my fellow consultants did not even use the products themselves. It's not a case of sour grapes for me with this company, I just think it's important to be informed.

I will definitely pass on this line. Thanks.

No! I tried the line when it was sold in upscale department stores and found them extremely harsh and not that effective. The reason Rodan+ Fields went the way of home sales with consultants is because it didn't sell well in the stores.

Re: Anyone Tried Rodan + Fields?

Rodan + Fields is a multi level marketing company. The price of the products have to be fixed so all the levels get paid. Many MLM companies have to inflate the price of an inferior product so each level in the pyramid can get paid a commission. If you like the product and it works for you, great...but I'm sure that there are more cost effective products out there.

I haven't but my niece who is almost 37 said the line totally revolutionized her skin. She loves it. I think it is like most things; works for some, not for others.

Thanks for sharing - 2 relatives are selling this line. I am so tempted to buy it, to help them but I don't care to shell out that kind of money. They are always posting pictures of amazing befores and afters. And I agree with you, I am a bit put off about their hard sell tactics. I am glad I passed. And finally feel bit better that I did.
