Anyone Having Problems Seeing Customer Reviews?

For some reason (just on qvc.com) I am unable to view any customer reviews. I used to be able to, but now when I go there, it gives me an error on the bottom left of my screen (something like (java=null) or something like that,

Does anyone know is it my computer or know how to fix? I called qvc and they dont kow what I mean. Any suggestions welcomed!
