Anybody use Michael Todd's Sonicsmooth Dermaplaning System ?

It's the TS on HSN.  I'm interested, but it seems like a lot of money for what it is.  Any reviews?  Thanks!

@ItsME @It has good reviews on HSN and Macy's when I last checked.  I ordered it today on AS because you get a good deal on the blades.  I had ordered it previously but never tried it because I was having an allergic reaction to something and would have worsened my skin by using it.  I never even opened it.😛

Glad I did because this is a much better deal, especially with the AS.  I used the $15 off code from Retailmenot so that helped convince me that I needed it!😀

@Suebdoo  Thanks!  It also has good reviews on Amazon.  That $15 coupon is a winner!  Thanks for posting about it!

do you think you can get more than one use with a blade?

Does dermaplaning then take the place of exfoliating products?

I did some research and decided to order it .

I saw some manual ones that look like razors that people recommended but after looking I was afraid i would possibly cut myself  plus  people were saying the ones on Amazon  the sellers were selling cheap knock offs ( which they already looked cheap )

@CoastalGal @ItsME oh good we can all compare results,!😜

I'm not sure about the 2 time use.  One review said they were doing that.  Another review said they could go 10 days instead of weekly.  Maybe there is a chip or something in the blade so it won't work.  I doubt the actual blade is dull after 1 use.

Those eyebrow / face things.....I've used them and they do work BUT......I have cut myself!  I'm not coordinated when using stuff like that though.

I hope you both did AS.  $18 for the blade, cleanser and serum stuff versus $28.

@CoastalGal & @Suebdoo  I didn't hear the numbers on the AS, but that's what I'm planning on ordering.  I read one use.... but I'll probably try for more!  And, I agree about the concern about cutting myself with some of the other products.

I hope this is as good as the reviews!!!

Re: Anybody use Michael Todd's Sonicsmooth Dermaplaning System ?

What's the advantage of the auto-ship?  I use the thing that pulls out the hairs right now.  It works good but I can see where this is good.

I REALLY believe in exfoliating.  I've exfoliated every day with a micro-fibre pad and Dr. Denese pads every day.

I have no dark spots and no wrinkles on my face.  I don't have pretty skin (large pores) but I do look younger than 71 and I swear it's because I exfoliate every day.

I said forever, get that dead skin off of your face every day.  I think that and moisturizer will prevent wrinkles.  Heredity, I guess has a little to do with it.

Anyway, back to my question....What are the advantages of getting the autoship vs just buying the extra blades?

@Annabellethecat66 I can't use the emjoi on my cheeks, but use it on my chin and upper lip and of course legs!!  love that thing😀

The sonic thing will get rid of all the peach fuzz and dead skin.  Watch one of the demonstrations if you can.  It's a once a week thing.

The AS will be $18 for the blade replacements and the cleanser and serum.  I think it's'$28 if you just purchase on their own.  Also go through Retailmenot and you will save $15 off the TS price today.

@CoastalGal don't forget the Retailmenot deal.

Re: Anybody use Michael Todd's Sonicsmooth Dermaplaning System ?

@Suebdoo Thanks for the info.  I'll probably just stay with the one-time thing because knowing me....I will probably just use it a few times and get bored with it.  I do that with most things except when it comes to cleaning my face.
