Does she want drugstore or department store?

 

For drugstore the new Covergirl Outlast Extreme is very good.  It is the one with the red lid.  

 

If she wants department store, Estee Lauder Double Wear is really good as is the Nars Natural Radiant or the Nars Soft Matte, depending on her skin type.

Double Wear IS a really good foundation.  I find that IT's Bye Bye and CC cream to be very full coverage also, and with SPF.
