Any recommendations for Light Coverage

[ Edited ]

in a tinted moisturizer (Laura Mercier oxidizes on me), or any light coverage foundation. No luminous look. I like matte or natural. I really like the one I am using by Bobbi Brown but knowing me, I like to experiment and try others.  Any suggestions are welcome.

Have you ever tried a powder foundation like Bare Minerals?  It is light yet has coverage.  I use it over a silicone primer but that isn't at all necessary.

This is funny, because I was going to suggest Bobbi Brown. I am fair too, and found this line to work pretty well for me.

Re: Any recommendations for Light Coverage

I recently discovered Georgio Armani Crema Nuda (supreme glow tinted cream)

I have mature skin and usually wear Lancome or Double wear. During our mask wearing days I tried IT cc cream but found it chalky looking. At first I thought it was not enough coverage and it is definitly sheer. It is pricey but it's my go to for light coverage days.

Do you like drugstore products, @Katcat1 ?  Physicians Formula makes a nice BB Cream and CC Cream.  I also like the L'OrĂ©al Infallible Pro Glow Foundation.  I don't get a luminous shine from the Pro Glow, but I also do a dusting of balance-n-brighten over it..

@JeanLouiseFinch I don't use a foundation much anymore except for special occasions; however, I really prefer light and natural coverage. My go to is bare minerals (natural). I always add a drop or two of argan oil and mix in the palm of my hand and use my fingertips to apply.

@Katcat1  I don't wear traditional foundation usually, but, these days I do like to even things out & like light coverage.  Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Tint w

Hyaluronic Acid is very nice for every day.  Very skin-like on me.  I order it on Amazon for $12 or so.  I wear Color 40 and I have light/light medium skin, neutral for most part but lean warm. HTH  (Light coverage though!)

Skin Tints is all I've bought in the last year+ except for Lancome Tient Idole and it's pretty sheer but buildable.  I have two from Tarte...Maracuja Tinted Hydrator, Tarte Sea Hydroflex.  Fenty Eaze Drops Skin Tint, The Ordinary Serum Foundation which is more of a skin tint imo but it's been so long since I've worn this one I couldn't comment on it.  My favorite is the Fenty Eaze Drops.  Tarte Sea Hydroflex is nice too.
