Any one else get a call from Ebay about the Holidays and latest changes?

They called the other day to make sure I was familiar with their latest changes (charges, extra letters in title, etc)

Also, to get ready for the holiday season.

They also mentioned something about a new return policy but I didn't pay much attention to is since I already have a return policy.

Oh, I remember now, they said that suggested a 14 day return policy during the holiday season.

They also told me about the Seller outreach program which Ebay offers. I guess they spend time with you going over ways to improve sales, listings, key words, etc.

It was a nice call but all I kept thinking throughout the conversations was, "I wonder how many people they have to call".
