@Nadine -- I used to use several Alpha Hydrox products.  A decade or two ago, they were available at any local supermarket or drugstore.  I started buying the ResQ, cleanser, lotion, etc, at my neighborhood Kroger.  I don't know why they switched to  selling online only.   I ordered the ResQ online for a few years until they changed their name and their formulas. 

 

When I was in my early 50's, I tried some retinol and Retin-A products.  The Alpha Hydrox ResQ was the only retinol product that did not irritate my sensitive skin.  That's why I continued to use it.  It's extremely gentle and I honestly believe it improved my complexion over the years.  No retinol product will give "immediate" results.
