Any curling Irons/brushes out there with low heat?

I have fine thin hair. I had a Vidal Sassoon curling brush that I used for years that finally gave up. It was high/low heat and on low was perfect for my hair.

Bought a Conair with multiple heat settings. On low, it's very hot. Can't use it.

Having a hard time finding something with low heat. Any ideas?
