Any Tech Savvy Folks Out There?

My computer updated overnight, and now I cannot get any of the videos to play. They worked just fine before. I installed the latest version of Flash, thinking that might help; it didn't.

I also cannot see any videos on ShopHQ since the update. Videos on HSN continue to play just fine.

I have no clue about what happened or how to fix it. If anyone out there has any ideas, please pass them along. I would certainly appreciate it.
