Any Tech People Out There in Beauty World? Help!!!!

My computer crashed a few hours ago. I was able to restore it from the hard drive. It is extremely slow though. When I connect my ipod it states it's already synced with another library. Now I can't even open I Tunes. Not sure what to do but I don't want to make it worse and erase all my downloads from the i pod itself. Where did my library go? If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
