I am pretty new to WEN...but loving it! When will the fall scent be introduced? My SHP is just about gone and wonder if I should hold out for the new scent to come out. Thanks

In the past August Tsv's always included the 16 oz of the Fall seasonal but this year it's not. I believe the fall scent will be introduced some time during that visit either on on August. 30 or 31. It will be interesting to see how the Q will be offering it since they are now taking a new direction.

It feels like Fall here, and it's a little depressing actually. BUT I am anxious for the new scents too! I'm new (again) and excited to see what's to come!

i'm newer to wen too and actually just opened up my SHP last night - personally i wouldn't hold out. SHP has been very popular and if you like it then why not get another 16oz, especially if you're getting good results with it. i plan on getting another bottle before the summer ends. considering wen & the q are switching up the TSV for this fall, i wouldn't be surprised if they switched up the winter tsv too, but i'm praying they continue with seasonal a-d plan because i want to jump on that band wagon.

Really. What a shame that the seasonal won't be included in the Aug 30 TSV. Do you know what will be in the TSV?

what?! Is there a wen tsv at all in August? I'm so disappointed to hear this. What's this ""new direction"" you mention. Was there something announced by the Q about this that I may have missed?

it's not necessarily a ""new direction""....the TSV will be a fantastic value (as usual)...the only difference between this fall tsv and some past fall tsv's is it won't include the fall seasonal. This year's spring and summer seasonals weren't introduced in a tsv....

Most of the time TSV's are new product or new configurations of existing products....very few TSV's are repeated.

There will be a TSV on Sat, 8/30 (Labor Day weekend). The past two Aug/Sept TSVs have include a 16 oz seasonal, so some people had assumed that pattern would be repeated this year. It has been confirmed by the Wen team that the upcoming TSV will not contain a 16 oz seasonal.

Don't worry about the "new direction" comment, there are no major changes on the horizon (at least not negative changes).

The fall seasonal is for Sept, Oct and Nov, and, in the past, has been made available on Sept 1.

My personal opinion........the seasonals were originally included in the TSVs as a "treat", they were never intended to be a permanent part of the product line. I believe they were promoted in the TSVs so customers could try them out. But, seeing how they've been extremely popular, they no longer need to be promoted by a TSV, they are selling like hot cakes as individual pieces.

There hasn't been an announcement by the Q...the August Insider shows the Aug 30 TSV will be the WEN "4 Piece Salon Experience," but there isn't a preview in the magazine detailing what products are included. But Team WEN has let us know not to expect the new Fall seasonal in the upcoming August TSV (which I think is very nice of them!). I don't think it will be too much longer before there is an official announcement about what exactly this includes. And like bruingirl said, I'm sure it will be fantastic

I'm excited to see what will be in store for us since I jumped on the bandwagon late in June, and the main promotional going on for that was Wen Gallons (which I didn't not purchase, maybe next year), now that I'm hooked, I can't wait to see what else there will be!

Thankfully I was able to get the 2013 Fall TSV last month when it was re-offered, now I want more!
