They did on the last TSV...it was the Bye Bye foundation regular which is very hydrating.  So this time since it's a new launch of a product being a matt formulation but same Bye Bye foundation might be why.

 

Perhaps in the future TSV's they will offer it regular or matt formulations....choice of.

I just read an email from QVC indicating this is Beauty Month, so I guess we can expect more.  It mentioned Weekly Special Values too.  Here's where you can find this week's items if anyone's interested:
