PETA says yes. Philosophy is owned by Coty, which sells some products in China.

Have you googled to find the information? It's all online. Just search for "companies that test on animal" or some such phrase and also "companies that don't test on animals"), and you'll find several sites with lists. They may not all agree with one another for various reasons, but you can certainly get a good idea.

Go on Paula B's site, she tells everything. ..or just google compaines that test on animals. Some say no but if they sell in other countries or use product ingredients from other countries those ingredents are tested on animals.
PTR main ingredient is snake venom.

Peter Thomas Roth does FOR SURE. They were cruelty free some years ago but decided to sell to China and removed the cruelty free logo on their packaging. I emailed them and they are testing now.
Philosphy is owned by Coty which does test but Philosophy claims to be cruelty free. So some people still refuse to purchase from brands owned by parent companies that still test since you are still lining the pockets of companies that test on animals but some. I personally try to avoid companies that test and/or are owned by companies that test, even if that particular company says they are cruelty free. Another example is Urban Decay which claims to be cruelty free but are owned by L'oreal which still tests.
