If so, are the capsules the same size? I only have the Flora and though I don't have any issues swallowing them I still wouldn't want anything larger. TIA

@howwhatwhen- Yes, I take both. The HHSN is slightly larger, but not a large capsule.

I just started to use the Flora but have used the HHSN for over a year. Definite visible benefits for my nails, just reordered another 1yr supply when it was the TS a couple months ago.

Hi ~ I take both.  I use the regular Friendly Flora, not the ultimate.  FF is a smaller capsule than all the others I take of Andrew's. HTH

Thanks MIstic for your input...I am ok with the size of the FF because it isn't any bigger than an tylenol...I'm afraid that anything larger will activate my gag reflex...yes I know TMI, lol

Not a problem with TMI.  My husband is like you.  He has a hard time with one at a time, and just shakes his head when I do 4 or 5 at a time.  Sorry, TMI here tool  LOL

I have to take my time taking my AL supplements too.  I do 2 at a time so I can get thru them quicker but sometimes have a little trouble and have to do 1 at a time.  I used to be able to do a handful but something has changed with how I swallow.  It takes me 2-3 glasses of water to get mine down each day.
