Thanks, this last year my mom and dad 82 and 84 have had some major health issues, all good now but I am the only child out of 4 that checks on them. Not complaining or feeling sorry for myself, because they raised me and took care of me so I consider it my duty and honor to take care of them. But, that got me off my routine and really messed with eating, not eating etc. I will get back on track and I think this will help!!!

Oatmeal... it's on auto-delivery for me
Choconuvo -- ordered last month and had to return : (
it is creamy and delicious, but chocolate still is a trigger food for me

yes the oatmeal is amazing. I made so many things with it including oat flour. I will order it next week cause my total was hugh today. The chocolate helps me not buy any candy. It's not a trigger for me because everything else is

I should have returned the ChocoNuvo for that reason, but didn't. I just won't order it again, I had a problem eating just one or two at a time. It's too good!!
I was glad to read the oatmeal also contains plant sterols- I bought the 100 serving ts today (chocolate) and look forward to trying it!

@BetsyDoodle wrote:I want to try a good meal replacement to get a handle on things. I would like to use it for breakfast since I have gotten into the awful habit of sometimes not eating breakfast and then get doughnuts at the convenience store on my way to work. i am 53 and went through menapause and the pounds are just mounting up (of course I am older now can't eat like a younger person anymore!) I know I should plan out meals etc but my question is about the Andrew Lessman Secure. Soy doesn't agree with me too well and I know he has whey protein, but is his good or does anyone know of a better meal replacement? I know on Evine Consulte Beaute has one that has pea/rice protein, but the reviews say it tastes bad. Any suggestions???
@BetsyDoodle I drink premier protein shakes (from costco) just about every day for breakfast- strawberry or vanilla. 30 grams of protein, very low fat and sugar- lots of vitamins and minerals too. It really kick starts my day with a boost!
